Baked Fish Recipe


  • Fish fillet (500 gms.)
  • Capsicum ( 2 medium sized chopped)
  • Tomatoes ( 1 large sized chopped)
  • Onions ( 2 medium sized chopped)
  • Dried thyme ( 1 teaspoon)
  • Olive oil ( 2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic paste ( 1 teaspoon)
  • Salt ( 3/4th teaspoon)
  • Black pepper ( ½ teaspoon)
  • Mustard powder ( 1 ½ teaspoons)
  • Lime juice (extracted out of 1 large sized lime)

Selected fish fillets marinated, foiled and baked in oven to give a yummy, delicious paleo meal. In fact paleo meals are good for health as they do not combine any artificial taste makers or additives. It’s s simple recipe to try during a weekend.

Procedure : Baked Fish Recipe

  • Combine lime juice, thyme, salt, pepper, olive oil in a bowl and batter properly.
  • Apply this paste over the fish fillet on either side nicely and allow standing for 15 minutes.
  • Take an aluminum foil; place the marinated fish, top with the chopped vegetable.
  • Fold the sides of the aluminum foil.
  • Place in an oven at 300 degree Celsius for 45 minutes.

Remove and enjoy with boiled veggies. The veggies will blend with the fish to form a ‘wow’ combination and the smoky fish will be simply tantalizing. It’s truly healthy as it involves the minimum amount of oil in the cooking process.
